Templates that do the paperwork so you can do the thinking

Print once, fill in pencil, keep the good ones
These are deliberately unglamorous documents. Print the pack, fill it in by hand for the first month, and only move it into a spreadsheet once you know which fields you actually use. Most teams find they need about a third of what they initially thought.
- Start with one template only — the one matching your current problem.
- Use pencil for the first cycle, then commit a version to print.
- Delete any field you did not need in month one.
- Keep the completed sheets: they become your audit trail and your history.
Get new templates as they are published
Roughly one email a month: a new template, a guide worth reading, and a short note on what changed. No promotions, no partner offers, no daily nudges.
