Using this site

By browsing hub.in or downloading anything from it, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site. We may update these terms; the date at the top of this page shows the current version.

What you may do with our templates

Our downloadable templates, checklists and planners are provided under a simple licence. You may:

  • Use them for any number of businesses you own or operate.
  • Use them in your work for clients, as part of your own service delivery.
  • Edit, adapt, reformat and rebrand them for internal or client use.
  • Print and share them inside your own organisation.

You may not:

  • Sell, resell or sublicense the templates as a standalone product.
  • Publish them as your own downloadable resource, lead magnet or course material.
  • Bundle them into a paid product where the template itself is the value being sold.
  • Remove attribution where it appears and then redistribute the file.

In short: use them to run and improve a business, freely. Do not turn them into a product to sell.

Easy test: if a client could receive the template as part of the work you do for them, it is covered. If the template is what you are selling, it is not.

Not professional advice

All content is provided for general information and educational purposes only. It is not legal, tax, accounting, financial, compliance or other professional advice, and it does not create a professional relationship of any kind.

Anything on this site relating to compliance dates, statutory obligations, contracts or money should be confirmed with a qualified professional before you act on it. You are solely responsible for your own decisions.

Accuracy and availability

We take reasonable care to be accurate and we review guides on a rolling schedule. Nevertheless, the site is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any figure will match your own circumstances.

If you find an error, please tell us — corrections are made promptly.

Recommendations and directory

The directory describes categories of service provider and the checks worth making before hiring. It is not an endorsement of any specific provider, and we take no commission or referral fee. Any engagement you enter into with a third party is solely between you and them.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss or damage — including direct, indirect, incidental, consequential or financial loss, lost profits, or business interruption — arising from your use of, or inability to use, this site or its materials, or from any decision taken in reliance on its content.

Where liability cannot lawfully be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid to access this site, which for all current content is zero.

Where we link to other websites, we do not control their content, availability or privacy practices and we are not responsible for them. Following an external link is at your own risk, and their terms apply.
